Fresh Choice
Fresh Choice is one of the few restaurants in Pleasanton that primarily serve vegetarian and vegan fare. The huge salad bar offers mixed greens, fresh vegetables, protein toppers, and more. Salad dressings include such unusual choices as Raspberry and Champagne Vinaigrette. You can also enjoy a large selection of soups, pasta, and desserts. Seating is quite ample, so it's a great choice for both small and large groups.
