Harvest Park Middle School

<p>Built in 1968, Harvest Park currently enrolls approximately 1150 students. It has been recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School, a California Distinguished School and a National School of Character. The school also takes part in the Community of Character initiative.</p> <p>The school's motto is "Kids Come First," and the mascot is the Patriot. The principal is Jim Hansen and the school has an active Parent Teacher Association which publishes the Patriot Press. Members of the group also work as volunteers, host events, raise funds and foster communication among faculty, staff and parents. </p>
