<p></p> <p>Red Smoke Grill combines convenience with a casual atmosphere serving freshly prepared dishes made with high quality ingredients. Chef Ken Hinshaw says he buys all natural chickens, choice tri-tip beef and tender pork as the main ingredients for the dishes. Partners, Jim Painter and Hinshaw, created a unique and affordable menu characterized by the Santa Maria Barbecue, a Central Californian style of cooking meats over indigenous red oak. Unique entrees include the Tri-tip and Blue Sandwich, made with thinly sliced tri-tip, horseradish sauce, caramelized onions and blue cheese crumbles.</p>
