The Rapids Water Slides

The Rapids Water Slides located at Shadow Cliff Regional Park is a four funnel water slide voted the number one "Top Place to Cool Your Toes" by the <i>San Francisco Chronicle</i>. The slides are a fun, exhilarating way to ride out the summer heat. Riders must be at least 42" tall and wear swimwear. There are plenty of picnic sites, and a refreshment stand is available at the beach. Parties are welcome, with special rates for groups over 75. The waterslides can be rented out for private use from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. during the season. The season begins May 24th with the slides open just on the weekends. Starting June 16th, the park is open daily through September 1st.
