About Dennis
I have been in Pleasanton since 1967, having gone to Valley View, Pleasanton Middle School and Amador Valley High, graduating in 1979. After high school, I went to Chico State and graduated with a degree in Communications. I spent 16 years on the sports staff on the Tri-Valley Herald and was the author of the weekly column, ''After the Whistle." After leaving the paper, I have become a partner and the editor of ACES: Northern California's Premier Golf Lifestyle Magazine. I have been very active in the community, coaching youth soccer, baseball and football. I also sit on the Board of Directors for the GASIT Scholarship Foundation as well as the Hop Yard Ale House Golf Tournament which benefits the Valley Care Cancer Research Library. My wife Coni works at Foothill High and we have a blended family of seven children, three of which still live at home with us.

Hi Dennis,
I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people. I just wanted to pass this along. …Or If it’s not too much trouble, pledge on something (they are offering great things!) and if you can also please pass this along to your friends.
If I can help you out with anything or the production can help you with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Here is the link for the film:
