I am a retired public utility worker, socialist and trade Union activist. I was born in Yangon Myanmar (Burma) and grew up in England after living in Nigeria for three years as a child. I came to the US in 1973, lived in NYC for a while working in a factory in Manhattan. I moved to California in late 1973 and worked for the Oakland public schools as an Instructional Assistant before getting a job with the East Bay Municipal Utility District.
"Capitalism teaches the people the moral conceptions of cannibalism are the strong devouring the weak; its theory of the world of men and women is that of a glorified pig-trough where the biggest swine gets the most swill." -James Connolly 1910.
