A brush fire broke out near the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station around 4 p.m. on May 15, according to Pulsepoint.
Reader Steve Glavan saw the fire and told Patch, via email:
"A brush fire broke out near the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART station across from Stoneridge Mall around 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. Traffic was stopped for a brief time on Stoneridge Drive as firefighters dealt with the fire, which was whipped by brisk winds, sending smoke over I-580."
Livermore Pleasanton Fire officials have not yet been reached for comment about the fire.
