Sprouts & Shutters: The Cove Bistro Closed

The Cove Bistro restaurant has closed its doors. The restaurant, formerly known as the Voodoo Kitchen, had rebranded over the summer. The owners updated the interior and gave the restaurant a new name. Employees from nearby businesses say the restaurant closed about a month ago. The phone number for the restaurant is no longer in service.

In a previous Patch article, manager Sean Fei said the Voodoo Kitchen menu was expanded after customers said they wanted more options other than simply seafood.

The reason for the closure is not known and the phone for the restaurant has been disconnected.

The Cove, which had been located at 6654 Koll Center Pkwy #300 in Pleasanton, served seafood boils, chowders, po-boys and Cajun food.
The restaurant had mixed reviews on Yelp.
